I've made it my life's mission to inspire others to expand their emotional awareness.
Telling you about me is the hardest thing. Not that I’m shy or unaware of who I am. It’s because I see myself as, essentially, one tiny word: potential. (For the record, that’s how I see you and everybody too.)
What in the world does this mean?
In short, being potential means that I’m ever-changing. Just like the 88-foot white pine was once a seed, then a sapling, and eventually a mature tree – albeit, still growing – I’m always changing and becoming what I want to see in the world.
Today, I’m an Emotionologist – or Emotional Intelligence practitioner - who leverages the power of emotions to inspire others achieve better health, better relationships, and a life which transcends balance and the traditional definition of success. My clients are professional women seeking to lean in while learning to lean on and lean back. After working with me and experiencing my programs, they tell me their life has been transformed in meaningful ways, ways that are sure to keep them from death-bed regrets.
Lean in. Lean on. Lean back.
I do this using Coaching as the primary vehicle as well as proprietary Personal Mastery Programs delivered in person and online.
In 2016, I created the Weight Release Action Program (WRAP), a leading-edge approach to weight loss which tackles emotional eating by developing emotional intelligence. No, I’m not going back to my original career as a Licensed Dietitian but I have fused my scientific background and knowledge of human performance and motivation to help overweight and obese women release their extra pounds once and for all.
Who will I be tomorrow and what will I be doing? I’m not sure but I trust it will be an improved version of myself and hope we meet somewhere along the way.
And if you’re curious to know who I was yesterday and what led me to where I am today, fill your boots and read on.
